Thank you, Society of Children’s Book Authors and Illustrators for awarding “My Pants” the first ever Book Launch Award! Chels Rosado and I are organizing some fun surprises and re-launching our children’s book, “MY PANTS!” Let’s bring more visibility to chronically ill and neurodivergent children.
“The newly created Independently Published Book Launch Award provides authors or illustrators with $2,500 in funds to help with the promotion of a new self-published work. These winners were Tonya Ellis for SOPHIE WASHINGTON: LEMONADE DAY and Nicole Kohr for MY PANTS.” – SCBWI
